The only equipment required is a personal computer with minimum requirement of Pentium3, 550 mhz, 128 MB of RAM, 200 MB free hard disk space, CD Rom, and Internet connection. We provide the rest of the tools to create a live interactive learning experience.

How do I get started?
 
All you have to do is to enroll/register your child with us. We will provide your child with a login name and password. You will receive a web tool kit from us; this includes light pen, whiteboard, headset and our tech support team will assist you set it up.
 
If my child is enrolled in an online program, where do I go for administrative assistance?

You can go to our Educational Director. She can answer any questions you have, discuss your child’s progress, and help you schedule upcoming tutoring sessions. Please call 866-993-2263 to reach our educational director directly.
 
Can I use MAC computer?
 
Yes, you can. Apple MAC Computer will support the program and it is platform independent.
 
Do I need to be a computer savvy?
 
No you don’t. Our tool is extremely easy to use.

The teacher will have all the relevant details of the child’s daily school progress. The teacher would have your child’s school time table so that he/she knows exactly what needs to be done.

Your child can communicate with the teacher using audio and video conferencing over the Internet. They can talk, hear, see, and write to each other. We will give you the web tools to smoothen this process, which include headsets, whiteboards, and pen-mouse. For example, a mathematical expression can be written down by the teacher just what he/she does on a paper and the student can ask him by writing on the whiteboard.
 
Can I talk to the teacher personally to get an update on my child’s progress?

Yes you can. You can talk to the teacher directly after every session to know how the child is progressing and which avenues he/she needs attention. You will also be sent a periodical progress card of the child.
